Cruising the television station frustrated as there was nothing on. I was just about to turn off the television but at that moment I switched to a channel that was soon going to change my life. With an afro that only certain can achieve and a talent for making something so amazing look so simple. The man who has introduced to us the joy of painting and a hero to many... Bob Ross!
Bob Ross if you have had the misfortune not to already know the master of nature paintings, with his laid back personality his goal in life was to share his happiness and the "joy of painting" with others. The way he achieved his goal started with his popular show "Joy of Painting". During every episode, Bob Ross would teach his viewers the art of oil painting using easy techniques so that anyone could create a piece of art. With his soft voice, and up lifting catch phrases. Such as paint "happy little trees" and "we don't have mistakes, we have happy accidents". He is easy and fun to watch. Later on he became quite successful and created a school on how to paint the Bob Ross way and his own line of art supplies. Sadly Bob Ross passed away, but his presence lives on. R.I.P Bob Ross and as he would say"so from all of us here, i'd like to wish you happy painting, god bless and goodbye my friend".
